CANCELLATIONS

The services you select are reserved especially for you. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to fulfill your scheduled treatment time will result in a 50% charge of the service.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
